By canceling your appointment, it gives us the opportunity to place someone else in the spot.

Accidents and Injuries: PGC can’t prevent injuries and accidents 100% of the time but we try hard. While accidents and injuries can occur at any time, our primary concern is the health and safety of your animal. We ask that you tell us of any injuries, medical issues, allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing conditions that your pet or pets may have upon entering the facility. This will allow us to pay extra attention to the area and an Incident/Injury report will be filled out.

While our staff will check over all animals coming and leaving our facility, some animals can sometime receive puncture wounds or cuts, scratches, broken nails, sore paw pads, sprains or other injuries while in our facility and they may sometime be missed or go unnoticed by the staff. In additional we may not be aware of any ongoing problems your pet or pets may be having so it is super important that you let us know immediately of any injuries that may have been overlooked or any injuries your pet may have when entering or leaving the facility. It is your responsibility to closely check your animals when you come to pick up your pet or pets. We ask that you check over your animals very well for any injuries or concerns you may have before leaving our facility so to ensure that they receive the proper care.

PGC take these injuries very serious, and in saying so, we asked that you informed us of all injuries within a 24hour period if you believe that PGC may have cause any injury to your pet or pets.  If We/PGC are informed within that 24hour window and if PGC is found by the veterinarian to be the cause of any injuries to your pet, PCG will take full responsibility by Paying any and all cost incurred to the veterinarian of your choosing or to our veterinarian, which ever you choose to use. We will not pay for any annual exams. We will pay only for the injury that occurred at PGC. Please remember there is only a 24hour window that you have to inform use in, If PGC is to pay any cost, so be very vigilant in keeping this time frame and informing us immediately.

However, you acknowledge that a decision may need to be made quickly, and you authorize PGC to take your pet for emergency treatment if and when PGC, in its sole discretion, deems necessary. Veterinary care can be expensive and surgeries to correct emergency medical condition are not always successful. If you would prefer that PGC not seek emergency care for your pet, or if you would like a dollar limit on any emergency care, you must document that desire in writing with your signature for your pets file. Otherwise, PGC will seek all available treatment possible in consultation with the veterinarian and you will be responsible for the payment or reimbursement of any expenses paid on behalf of your pet. If it is deemed, by the veterinarian, that PGC did cause your pet it’s medical problem or medical condition, PGC will pay all medical expenses.
